I have been a customer of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for several years and I have to highly commend the A/C technician David, who serviced my A/C unit today. I have had many technicians in my years with One Hour , but David was the BEST technician by far. His service was prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable , and thorough! He taught me information about my unit I had never heard before and took the time to explain it in laymen terms and was easy to understand. Both the inside and outside units were cleaned thoroughly. He went above and beyond to develop trust in the One Hour relationship , so we felt it was an easy decision to renew the one year contract . If we could have David every time as our technician, we would be thrilled!

1) When our air conditioner failed after hours, we actually reached a real person who scheduled our repairs for the next day. 2) Greg Nieves was the expert who arrived, and we were immediately impressed with his reliability, knowledge, and efficiency. He knew what he was doing, quickly gained our trust, and guided us to the best option. When one finds integrity and pride in a job well done, it is important to acknowledge that. We didn't know about One-Hour before yesterday, are well satisfied and have now become a regular client.

Nick with Mr Sparky did an excellent job on all 4 fan replacements and is a very respectful person. He replaced and cleaned up and took all the old fan/lights so I didn’t have to throw them away. We have used this company for years ever since we bought this house. Same fan/light in al for rooms.

Michael is great and honest. Very reasonable price. He is very helpful, answer every questions. Highly recommended. Finally found the right people to take care of my Electric problems. Any problems I will call them. Thank you Michael.

Christian M. came today to fix our AC unit. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He was also very thorough and took the time to explain things to us so we felt very comfortable with the service. We are grateful to have our AC working efficiently during these very hot days in Colorado. We will for sure use One Hour again, and we will certainly request Christian M. again. Thank you!
