Michael Farley is one of the best technicians I have ever had in over 50 years. He answered all the questions I had about both the heating unit and AC. He took extra time to show me filter locations and how to change filter monthly. He assessed our AC problem fixed the unit. Also he took into account our family needs and provided idea that we could do in the furture to help make our system more function. We look forward to having Michael Farley maintain our home system in the furture! Can not say enough good things about this young man!! They gave me a time that they would show up, and they were right on time! The two guys that came to service our ducts were great.
