“I have had a rough experience with One Hour Air. I must say Sachen the sales person was by my side and advocating for me consistently. Dennis the manager was of little help. After dealing with multiple technicians and frustrations and nearly being overcharged for a service to fix my brand-new AC unit, Michael Sergent the director of sales and Jessie Lindsey restored my trust. Michael made sure everything would be fixed without additional cost and Jessie was prompt, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what was going on and his professionalism and integrity made all the difference. Exceptional service. A big shout out to Sachen, Michael and Jessie. Excellent service!”

“One Hour has serviced our HVAC system for a number of years and our experience with the company has been excellent. Each of the many technicians has been professional, knowledgable, respectful, and always clearly explains everything thoroughly. We also recently had our old HVAC system replaced by One Hour and can’t say enough of how well it went. Tristen was superb and walked us through various options, asking good questions to help justify our decisions on the right components for our needs, and without any pressure. Kirby led the team on the installation. He was fantastic, kept us well informed of everything from beginning to end, and made sure to engage us on any decisions or questions. The new system works great and even has a few extra features that make it easy to use and ensures our comfort all day, every day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result!”

“It’s such a great when a business stands behind there work and one hour air epitomizes this last week while they were out repairing a family, there was an incident that caused our compressor to explode. We were worried we would have to come out of pocket for it and do the fact it was on my dad‘s house and him being a 82 year-old disabled vet with stage three pancreatic cancer money is tight to say the least one hour air showed up with a brand new compressor but also installed a new motor and filled it up all completely free of charge then after all that had taken place, which took almost 8 hours to complete the vacuum and to refill the unit need gentleman that fixed our unit refused to leave till he had double checked everything and made sure that the unit was functioning properly to say I’m impressed as an understatement i’m very appreciative and needless to say one hour has a customer for life if you’re looking for Air conditioning repairs or insulation I can’t refer anyone any better than them. Thank you one hour air”
