“It’s such a great when a business stands behind there work and one hour air epitomizes this last week while they were out repairing a family, there was an incident that caused our compressor to explode. We were worried we would have to come out of pocket for it and do the fact it was on my dad‘s house and him being a 82 year-old disabled vet with stage three pancreatic cancer money is tight to say the least one hour air showed up with a brand new compressor but also installed a new motor and filled it up all completely free of charge then after all that had taken place, which took almost 8 hours to complete the vacuum and to refill the unit need gentleman that fixed our unit refused to leave till he had double checked everything and made sure that the unit was functioning properly to say I’m impressed as an understatement i’m very appreciative and needless to say one hour has a customer for life if you’re looking for Air conditioning repairs or insulation I can’t refer anyone any better than them. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the maintenance process. He also took the time to recommend the UV system which will help keep our system working effectively and more efficiently.
