“Blaine D. came to service my a/c unit today on August 31st 2025 and he went above and beyond! He immediately noticed something chewed through some wiring and that my unit wasn’t getting power. He fixed it and took extra measures that he didn’t have to do to make sure the hole was sealed up so the critter could not gain access again to the wiring. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Absolutely excellent 10 star service!”

“Kyle and the One Hour Air specialists Michael, Joshua and Dimitri are a SUPERHERO TEAM. Our AC went out in the morning and Kyle came that afternoon. We have a wonderful maintenance contract ($20/month). After inspection and photos, we decided to replace the entire ancient system with a DAKIN HeatPump! We financed with One Hour for reasonable terms.. Early the next morning the SUPERHERO TEAM arrived. In sweltering July heat they worked from 7:30am until 6:00pm installing a brand new DAKIN heat pump system in our home in one day. They proceeded to do a difficult and dirty job. In true team fashion, they dismantled the 11 year old attic components (installed in cramped spaces), brought out all pieces down narrow stairway and took the nasties out of our house and put into one of their two trucks. They continued to disassemble the outside monster components of a clanking unit and started installing the DAKIN Heat Pump system. They were polite and courteous explaining the system components, controls and thermostat use. In just one day, they picked up the new system (ordered by Kyle), removed and took away the entire old system and installed the entire new system. BOOM! These guys are true professionals and very hard workers! Our home and yard were left clean and spotless. We had to take a photo of this impressive Team! Thanks Guys!
