Manny Vargas is the absolute best technician you could hope for. We had no heat for the last few days and our scheduled home warranty service technician bailed on us at the last minute. On a Saturday morning, we discovered that our furnace was not working properly. I contacted the emergency services number and the on-call technician , Manny V, responded in a very timely fashion, despite the fact that he was on another emergency call. He kept us well informed of his arrival time and was here promptly when he said he would be. He was courteous, efficient, and assured us of timely follow up on the problem that was discovered. He was able to get our furnace running again, assured us that he would be in touch in regards to a replacement of the faulty part.
