“I appreciate their quick service and honesty. Even though I have to have a new unit installed, I know from prior research that they have offered a fair deal. If they can actually install it tomorrow (Sunday) I will be doubly impressed as well as grateful! “Our AC went out at 5 pm on a Tuesday. We called One Hour, and had an excellent experience. The customer service representative who took the call was gracious and helpful. We had Corey as our technician, who gave us a heads up before he arrived, was consummately professional and most importantly, fixed the problem in about 15 minutes flat. He took photos of the issue to show us what he was going to repair and took care of the work with no upselling. He was great with our dogs too :) The price of service was reasonable, particularly in light of the emergency nature of the service. We will definitely be using this company again.”
