Zo was fantastic! He came to my home to diagnose an issue with my AC and immediately impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and decades of experience. Gage did an amazing job with repairing my HVAC unit. He had the part I needed a day before he came out to my home. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I needed a blower motor. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. Gage arrived when he said he would. I will most definitely be calling One hour heating and AC again. Anthony did a great job assessing the issue and fixing it! We were able to repair our unit and get the house cool again. He was very professional and informative and even took a look at the furnace for us. Would reccomend.
Chris Walker and his assistant installed a new mini-split at our home. They arrived promptly considering their long drive from Myrtle Beach. They performed thoroughly and professionally and were careful to keep us informed and involved in the process. The new unit seems to work perfectly. They also took time to show us how to clean filters and noticed that the ceiling fan needed to be redirected and also did that for us. In short, a very impressive perfomance.
Great service by One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Very detailed oriented. The technician Brayden did an excellent job. Cleaned and serviced the unit outside, even removed some weeds around the unit. Replaced a part under warranty. Would highly recommend, will request Brayden again for any future scheduled maintenance jobs.
My experience with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was great. Our A/C went out when the temperature was forecast to be 100 degrees. Cameron was very polite and knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing to diagnose the issue. I was prepared to hear that we needed a whole new system and after about an hour, he determined it was the blower fan in the furnace, The cost to replace the motor was 1/4 the cost of a new A/C unit. Further, he called the distributor and luckily they had a new one in stock. He drove to the warehouse to pick it up and installed it in about an hour. I would highly recommend!
The technician, Garrett, showed up to my house on schedule. He was very polite, listened to find out what our issues were with the unit, and then explained the work that he was doing. Afterward, he followed up with us to make sure that we understood everything that was done and to show us that everything is working properly. Before he left, he also made sure that our next service appointment was scheduled in the system. Great job all the way around!
Joshua was pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, and conveyed all the details to me with pictures. Love his professionalism. Thank you for such a great customer service experience. As far as the price…I’m not sure it was a bit pricey to me but I never had the type of service performed on my unit before. I’ll have to ask around on that part but the customer service and work was great…thanks again.
We received excellent service from technician, Kevin R. He completed maintenance services and repaired our AC unit since it wasn't cooling our home. He also gave good recommendations for future maintenance. We have always had One Hour Air Conditioning service our unit because they are trustworthy and always provide excellent service.
