Joshua is a great man! He came to my house when he said he would and diagnosed and repaired my system. He didn't try and just sell me on getting a new system. He educated me on what my system is and advised me on what I'd be looking for in the future if I decided on a new system. I really appreciate that he took his time and made sure that my heat was working with the on coming cold front we got rolling in. I feel blessed to have met him, he is a great man! I called One Hour Heating and AC on Monday to schedule duct cleaning and spoke with Mark, he explained that they were really booked up but was able to squeeze in an appointment for Friday of the same week!! Joshua and Ori arrived on time, explained the process, they were respectful, professional and are a great representation of the company!
Joshua came today to service our HVAC. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. My mom and I were called ahead to alert us when he would arrive. He was even a few minutes early. He listened as we explained the issue and made sure the system was working properly before he left. It was a great experience.
My thermostat stopped working last night, which meant I had no heat. I woke up to a 60 degree house. I called OneHour about 10 this Saturday morning. They said they'd be here between 12-1. Josh, the technician, was here at 11:55. He immediately diagnosed the problem, went to his truck and found the new part, installed it and tested the heating and cooling sysyem several times wiith his "heat reader" before he complete the. He also saw a dark spot on the ceiling near a few of my vents. It turns out I need to clean my heating ducts or else I'll continue to breathe in that dust. Josh is TERRIFIC. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeabe and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better experience considering the curcumstances.
Josh S. (Jossmi) Came out to service my homes HVAC System in the Villages Florida. I was happy to get a call 30 minutes before he arrived that he was on his way and he showed up right on time! He got to work quickly, checking my system inside and out and was very thorough, With the testing, checks, assessments and cleaning of certain components, too ensure that my system was gonna be healthy and running at optimum condition. Before he left, he explained to me how my system works, and how to maintain it monthly and when how and why the filters should be changed and used or not used, depending on whether or not we have pets in the house for instance. I appreciate the time he took to give me all the information about my unit. I also got on a very smart plan with one hour heating and air-conditioning, which I would recommend, for them to service my system twice a year, and have priority 24 hour 7 day service which offers a great savings over just having them come as they can otherwise, when I call, especially since this home is often a rental, and needs to stay in top-notch condition. I would definitely recommend Josh!
