“Brent and the team at Aspen One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning were terrific. Brent assessed my needs for a new gas forced air furnace. Brent recommended an Amana furnace which I really like. It heats up my house nicely and comes with a 10 year warranty. Jason installed additional ductwork and grilles in the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and basement. Now my new furnace is running super efficiently and the house is cozy warm! I also like Aspen’s annual maintenance program which will provide annual maintenance on my furnace every year in the fall and give me peace of mind that my heat exchanger does not have any rust and there are no carbon dioxide leaks.”

“You know how most service technicians will show up late? Well, in this case, I was the one running late and my tech, Devon McCormick, was kind enough to wait for me. Not only that, but when he realized the part we needed was in stock in a nearby warehouse and it would save me a trip back down to our rental property. He ran out and got it same day to fix the issue. Devon’s commitment to me as a random customer, his knowledge and ability to trouble shoot, and willingness to go the extra mile have made me a customer for life. This man not only deserves a raise, but a promotion so he can teach others what it means to be excellent. Give this man a raise!!”

“The Service Tech arrived within the time slot they promised. Jeremy was very thorough, personable and explained everything precisely. I used the special they were offering on their website for a furnace tuneup, and there was no hidden charges or up charge like other companies have been known to do. I am very impressed with this company. The whole process was smooth and at a great price. I was expecting a shortcut tuneup and I know that Jeremy spent a lot of time going over every detail on the checklist that the company has set forth… They will be my go to now for HVAC service! 100% recommend them.”

“It’s always stressful when something breaks down and you have to figure out how to get it repaired. But when that happens, it’s so comforting to know there are caring people ready to help. On Monday, (middle of January!) we woke up to a very cold house and quickly realized our furnace wasn’t working. We reached out to Debord’s for assistance, and their representative was incredibly kind and helpful. She understood exactly what we were going through and arranged for a repair person to come to our house right away. Since our furnace was already 24 years old, we suspected it might need to be replaced. We asked for a quote for a new furnace, and while the repair person was at our home, the salesperson arrived and was able to provide us with that estimate. They worked tirelessly to schedule the installation for Wednesday, which meant we only had a couple of chilly days without heat. We were so impressed by how smoothly everything was handled—getting both the new furnace and a crew to remove the old one and install the new. The installation team, led by Doug, was courteous and helpful every step of the way. Doug patiently answered all of our questions (and we had quite a few!) about the new furnace. Overall, the entire Debord team turned what could have been a stressful situation into a much more manageable experience. I truly recommend Debord’s—they’re top-notch!”
