“I love Duggans!! I had them install 3 mini splits from them. They promised me my bill would drop to half or less, from standard units that take up half of your house with duck work running everywhere as well as the giant unit outside. They were right! From $500 a month to $150 to $180 depending on the cold or heat here in SC!! What a savings!! My home is 1000 sq ft. We are comfortable all year long. If there's a problem, they come out right away with techs that really know their stuff & get it done right! Very respectful to you & your property. Prices are reasonable as well. Some thing that is rare in companies now a days. I have them on speed dial. Mr Sparky the other side of Duggans is the best as well! They completely rewired my entire home & put in a new main box bringing everything up to code. These two companies are what businesses are supposed to be like. 10 stars to each! Like I said, I have them on speed dial! But rarely have to call as there products & workmanship rarely need repairs. Ya they're that good! Call them for any HAVAC or electrical work you need done. You won't be disappointed!!”

“Jake and the One Hour Heating & Air team did a GREAT job!! Because we needed our condo serviced, I learned many providers don't service condos but One Hour Heating & Air did - no problem. Making the appointment was quick and easy. And Jake - the young man was impressive! It took him just a few minutes to diagnose and then resolve the issue. Jake was knowledge, personable, and professional! I'll request him for service in the future.”

“One Hour was called, next day they onsite at my home. The techs did an excellent job with cleaning up after themselves. I had communication with Brad and office throughout the process. The inspection was thoroughly explained with pics of the problems we had. Good service highly recommend.”

“I have used One Hour in the past for replacing our furnace and when our AC went out this month, I chose them again due to their consistently outstanding service. Steve, Scotty, and Nick have all been wonderful through all of the repairs we’ve needed. I want to especially thank Nick for going above and beyond to help us get our AC fixed. When a doctor’s appointment went much later than expected, Nick was extremely patient and started on what he could in the meantime which I was extremely grateful for. He was also extremely nice and made sure the job was done right. I will definitely continue business with them in the future.”

“Trey Morgan came to my home today to give me estimates on converting from Oil to Heat Pump. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions and gave me multiple options to consider. I would highly recommend One Hour and ask for Trey. I converted from oil to a Heat Pump. Adrian and Ethan installed the new system, Monday June 23rd. Both guys were very polite and mindful of my home. They answered all of my questions during the process, cleaned up and hauled off all of the old equipment. Overall a great experience, just one issue...the ladder to my attic sustained some damage and I've been assured that One Hour will place it at no charge. I'm currently waiting for their call. I will be following up on this.... Well turns out Tuesday morning, June 24th the system stopped working. I placed a service call and was given a window of 9pm to 11pm that evening. Josh was the technician to respond. He arrived at 9:30 and within a few minutes of going in the attic, he discovered that a sensor had been improperly located and resulted in condensation dripping on it, shutting the system down as it should have. He reset and relocated the sensor, system was restored and he observed it for approximately 10 to 15 minutes for any condensation issues. There were none... Josh was very nice, polite and explained everything that happened and what he did to resolve the issue.....Overall a great experience and I would recommend One Hour to my friends and family.”

“Rich was awesome! We appreciate that he braved the excessive heat to come and evaluate the performance of our brand new AC unit installed less than 3 weeks ago. While we are aware that the outside temperature would be a factor, we were concerned that the unit was not working properly since the inside temperature only dropped 2 degrees over 4 hours. Rich was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable!! He assured us that everything was working fine. We will continue to monitor the progress over the next several days as the weather is supposed to improve. Very thankful for his help!!”

“Had my upstairs system replaced. The 2 gentleman did a great job and were very professional. Very courteous. Hard working with 110 degree heat index. I honestly do not know how they did it. These gentlemen are one of the reasons I chose One Hour and will continue to use them. I do apologize to them for not knowing their names because they do deserve recognition. I would definitely recommend One Hour. Great price and my sales person Ron Seidman helped me a lot.”
