“Miguel was pleasant and focused when replacing a part in our furnace. Our furnace quit running Christmas evening. Corey came out next morning and was able to bypass and have the furnace run until the part came in. Miguel also checked the system after installing new part. Both technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable. When our old furnace quit years ago, Mitchells was the only company to return our phone call out of 4 companies we called in the winter. Since they were courteous and showed concern, we had them replace furnace and AC. Good decision their service is outstanding! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“Dale was prompt, did a service check on my heating system that was humming louder than it should. He located the problem and explained the issue. Dale picked up the part and installed the new one quickly. He showed me the problem with the old part. The estimate was fair and the work completed quickly. Dale also advised of another issue we will need to address. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again without hesitation. Thank you, Dale for a great experience on the last day of 2025.”

“I hit overpriced due to the $251.00 charge to replace a $5-$30 part. I have had the same part replaced for $150. Unless you can do it yourself your going to pay the price. Josh were very thorough with the repairs. He went way beyond "just fixing the broke part". He inspected the entire unit. Inside and outside. You would think he was doing a paid maintenance on the unit. Definitely recommend One Hour A/C”

“You guys did an excellent job. My heat went out in the middle of the night and you were able to get here the same day to make sure it was back up and running. I was lucky and it only needed a reset and filter change. I was only charged for the technician inspection, super fair and super affordable. I will likely be signing up for their maintenance program for future issues and cleaning.”
