“Albert was a great HVAC Technician. He diagnosed the issues quickly and finished the repair in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable and honest about the service required. He changed out the capacitor and the flush switch and gave the air handler an anti-bacterial treatment. He left the area very clean, flushed my drain pipe, and my A/C is no longer leaking. Very grateful for a solid, fast service!”

“James S. is very detailed and hardworking HVAC Technician! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He answered all our questions and took pictures of our concerns and before and after his job. He was here working late last Wednesday before Thanksgiving but we have to have him do additional work today as he found more damaged ducts that the previous technician missed to address. So we decided to get James S. to do the whole ductwork repair and install. He is young but his work ethic is commendable! He is very courteous as well! Yesterday was the 3rd day for James S to finish up the job and I requested for him to have a helper. Duggan gave us Will L to assist. James S training Will produced a clean job. James and Will are respectful, well-mannered, and trustworthy young men and they know their jobs. We are breathing clean air now. Thank you very much James S. and Will L. Thank you Duggan and office personnel (Leanne, Christina, and Jenny too) for giving us skilled techs and trustworthy techs. Happy Holidays 2025.”

“My furnace suddenly started blowing cold air. I chose Mitchell’s One Hour due to the great reviews. The young lady who took my call and Brian (the tech) did not disappoint! I wish I could remember her name, but the Customer Service rep scheduled me for a same day appointment, explained their process, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. Brian came in, found and fixed the issue, did maintenance cleaning, and had me back up and running in no time! He even went above and beyond to point out potential issues to look out for due to the age of my furnace. I’ve had a hard time finding reliable and TRUSTWORTHY contractors. Brian is informative, honest, and very skilled at his craft. And to top it off, my services didn’t break the bank. I also signed up for their maintenance plan after Brian explained the benefits. It was a no brainer to have that peace of mind for such a low cost. KUDOS to Brian and the rest of Mitchell’s One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
