Kameron & Xvsdiar worked together & performed the work in good time. They gave us recommendations re upcoming repairs we might have to adjust our systems in future. “Everytime I call One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of West Palm Beach, i get a prompt response and same-day scheduling. The technician arrived right on time, was courteous, explained the issue, and completed the repair quickly. I appreciated the prompt response and the professional attitude. “Isaac was professional, kind and courteous. He fixed the issue, answered all my questions and explained everything so I understood what happened and how to prevent the issue in the future. He also pointed out other things that could be of concern so I can address them in the future. He also explained the different systems R-410 and R-454 and laid out different options for when I’ll need to replace the system in the future. I am extremely happy with the service and my experience with this company and with Isaac. They are my new go to in HVAC care, maintenance and troubleshooting.”

“Robert was an absolute champion! My partner and I tried to replace my Mom’s thermostat because she wanted to be able to control it with her phone. When we tried to do it ourselves, despite our experience, we weren’t able to get it to work. Robert was quick to respond to our outreach request, and was able to assess the situation via pictures that we shared. When he came out, he was able to identify several wiring mistakes and solved several problems that had been missed by home inspectors. Now the wiring is fixed and my Mom has exactly the system and setup she was dreaming of. Aside from going above and beyond with fixing the janky wiring, he was an absolute delight of a person. We’ll be turning to him for all of our future HVAC needs, no doubt! Thankful for the job well done and the kindness along the way.”
