Robert did a fantastic job replacing our furnace and AC system from start to finish. He walked us through the options honestly, including the tradeoffs between different equipment tiers, and never pushed us toward the most expensive choice. The installation itself was clean and the crew clearly took pride in the ductwork layout, not just the equipment swap. Robert also followed up to make sure everything was registered properly for warranty coverage. Would absolutely use One Hour again for any future HVAC work.
My home was not cooling so I called One Hour. They sent Josh and he was great. He was very informative and explained everything. He addressed the problem and within minutes, my home was cooler. I’m very appreciative of their work. Thank you!
Jeremy was a friendly tech who arrived within the time frame, no more than 30 minutes after the start time. His service was 5-star, but I'm averaging that with a 0-star for resolution satisfaction. My mini-split system was cooling in one zone and not cooling in the other, with no error per the system. Jeremy cleaned the filters, checked the outdoor unit, then finally did a power cycle reset. After the power cycle both units were cooling. Alas! It did not last. The issue came back that evening. UPDATE: One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning takes its work guarantee seriously. I got a call on 7/23 asking to discuss my review and offering to send a tech back out at no charge. They sent Jeremy again, which was great because he knew what was going on and he's an all-around awesome dude. While he was on hold with Fujitsu, he figured out that my system had been cross-piped. He flipped the wiring to match the piping and voila! problem solved! My mini-splits have been cooling properly ever since. This is what 5-star service looks like! Thank you 😁
Brian and Rico were very professional. They showed up and went right to work. Answered all my questions and took time to explain things to me. Also called and recieved service same day. I also signed up for the twice a year maintenance. Thank you for your great service.
Juan Maldonado came out to help. The guy was amazing! Super nice. Super knowledgeable. He showed and explained everything to me. No industry speak no vague answers. Full explanations. It’s been a while since I’ve felt as respected and valued as a customer. The guy was great and fixed my AC system in about an hour. He explained things I could do to make my system more reliable and better protected and provided rough estimates of future work I may get done. I will definitely use One Hour in the future!
Once I was able to get through all the phone calls, the service was fantastic. I dropped my rating by one star because it was very difficult to contact the right One-Hour who installed my unit. The number at the top of my contract is for a location in Kingman. I went through about 5 phone numbers and finally got Joe at the Westside One-Hour who got me in contact with the location who installed my unit. (He was amazing btw!! He told me he'd make sure I was taken care of one way or another!) I did finally make contact with my installers and they sent Reuben out the same evening. He was great and checked every single detail. My unit is less than a year old and started making an unusual buzzing noise? Of course, it was no longer doing it by the time Reuben got here, but he went through and checked the whole thing. The service is really great, truly. They just need to fix the phones and use more real people instead of AI answering services.
Gary Newsome, the technician who worked with me was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed our issue and coordinated directly with a comfort specialist to come immediately to meet with me to set up repair. He was also kind enough to rearrange his schedule when there was an issue entering the property. He explained the issues with the system clearly. He made a tough experience much more pleasant because of his kindness.
Crystal provided outstanding service from start to finish. She arrived promptly, was professional, polite, and very friendly throughout the visit. She kept us informed during each step of her diagnostic process, explaining what she was checking and what she found, which gave us a lot of confidence in the repair. Once she identified the issue, she completed the repairs quickly and efficiently
Brandon was on-time, very polite, and thorough. At the same time he was quick yet efficient. He did a great job of educating me on the issue; which I truly appreciate. We will definitely be requesting him in the future.
