“I wanted to share my, frankly, fantastic experience with this company. I had an issue with my air conditioner, and it was leaking freon constantly and freezing over. This was making it extremely uncomfortable during these hot, humid late summer days. Eric was the technician that came out. From the moment he arrived, he was so extremely friendly and was professional. He was also super knowledgeable. You can just tell he takes so much pride in his work. He was very efficient and got the job done quicker than anyone thought possible. I will for sure be using them again in the future. THANK YOU ONE HOUR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING!!!! 5 STARS!!!”

“I couldn’t say enough about this company and the people that work for them. Jesse was the first to come out and give my landlord an estimate for a brand new AC system. They came out THE VERY NEXT DAY to replace it. The only company that was able to come out that fast. They had all the odds stacked against them with this job too. My landlord was disrespectful to them the entire time, but they stayed completely professional and did the job the correct way, not cutting corners like my landlord wanted. I am so thankful for this company, and have already recommended them to coworkers and customers since I work at Lowe’s. Thank you all again! The photos are what they had to work with. Taking out moldy flooring that my landlord just wanted them to cover up, but they did it the correct way, even though it took longer.”

“We were out of town and came home to a 90 degree house. The AC decided to go out while we were gone. I called 3 guys I personally know and no one got back with me. I decided to call a local company from LS and when I say it was the best decision I could have ever made. Ryan showed up ahead of schedule and had our AC working within 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. They will be my only hvac company for today forward!!! Highly recommend!!!”

They returned a couple hours later as promised and removed the 20 year old system and installed the updated system the same day! The workmen were clean, courteous and professional in every way.
