“I will start with the fact that 40 years ago I did AC work. My home AC was not cooling as it should be so I did my troubleshooting and was pretty sure it was low on freon. Our tech was Tony and he was very professional and actually listened to what I had already checked. He hooked up his test equipment and while visually inspecting the outdoor unit he saw that the insulation had oil soaked into it. He showed this to me and I was there when he did a leak test. There was a very small leak and from the looks it wasn’t a very good solder job when it was installed. He made a quick call to get pricing and gave me a quote. He was able to complete the work on the same visit and having watched him do the repair I know it was done right. I wish every person I have had do work for me was as conscientious as Tony. I read some of the other reviews about pressure to purchase there maintenance plan. It was offered to me and I took it. First I got a significant discount on this visit and the plan includes 2 system check visits a year (one AC and one heating) and the plan is only a couple dollars more a year than what two of their competitors wanted for a single system check. So by my math it will save me another $125.00 or so each year. If you don’t normally have your system checked every year then just decline the offer. I will definitely do business with them in the future and I would recommend them to my friends.”

“No AC in July was not an option! When our system went down, I called One Hour and a prompt appointment was made for the next day. John Gonzalez was very thorough when he came out to diagnose. He took the time to explain everything in a way I would understand. We ended up replacing the whole system, so Jose Quevedo and his crew were at our house the next day. They professionally and efficiently got everything up and running. We're very happy with our experience with this company and their employees and we look forward to working with them in the future.”
