“Tony, from One Hour Heating and AC, was very professional and worked through the issue with our heater all while explaining each step he took. The problem was a small piece of a safety switch which was bad. (I know nothing of how it works) Truly something others had missed or not tried. As far as One Hour as a whole the prices seemed very high compared to other services in the area. Their service plan seemed to be the way to mitigate the higher prices. I have no specific complaints, but did not choose to have the work done by them.”

“I called this company and it's true, the technician Justin was here in like 20 minutes. Justin the technician was absolutely great. He is friendly, professional and has excellent customer service. He answered all our questions, and is very articulate and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fix our central air-conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. It had built up gunk in the water reservoir and also some of the pipes where the water should be flowing, he cleaned out everything and suggested a filter to help prevent this from happening again. We bought one from him. ( at a very reasonable price). I will be using this company from now on. I highly recommend them. The customer service lady was also very friendly and helpful.
