They showed up within a couple hours, same day to help with our mini-split that started dripping. It wasn’t cheap to clean out the issue but it was in super bad shape so we’re thankful that he was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He talked through our options moving forward to help keep the issue from happening again and we definitely appreciate that! He was super nice, even when our little barky monsters got out and were jumping all over him (sorry about that! 🐕) Immediately we’re noticing a MASSIVE improvement in both amount and coolness of air coming out, Even better than when we first moved in.

I wanted to wait until all of our repairs were completed before sharing this review, so I could speak to the full experience. One Hour helped us with several items, including surge protectors for both AC units, UV lights, a motor replacement, and an attic fan installation. Christopher was excellent throughout the process. He clearly explained what each repair would provide and how it would support the long‑term health of our AC systems. He also went above and beyond—while working in the attic, he noticed a few air ducts that had been cramped by the builder and were restricting airflow. He fixed them on the spot. It was a small but meaningful gesture that showed real care and attention beyond the scheduled work. We also appreciate the clear line‑item estimates before each job and the convenient online invoices afterward. The only small improvement we’d suggest is a bit more communication around scheduling and estimated completion times so we can plan our day accordingly. Overall, we’ve been very satisfied with the repairs and the excellent service One Hour has provided!

They came over to give us a quote to convert from a heat pump to a furnace and air conditioning unit. Very knowledgeable. Explained things in terms we understood. Made sure we were satisfied with what we were getting. The appointment was not rushed at all. They gave us plenty of options for what we were looking for. Overall excellent experience.
