"Nate was informative and helpful. He even ordered the part so that it would be in stock and ready to go while I was making my final decision on choosing between them and another company to make the repair. He didn't make me feel forced to make an instant decision. I ended up choosing them for the repair! Jim was great! He was personable (a fellow Long Island native) and informative. He let me know of all the work he would be performing and also showed me the comparison between the new and damaged parts. He then presented me with multiple payment options so that I could choose whichever suited me best. 10/10 would recommend."

"Chris came over to look at a unit with leak and one unit within complete replacement. He was professional, honest and caring. I will definitely have the One HVAC to do both jobs because of Chris. On Tuesday September 3rd, Shane and another co-worker worked diligently to fix a leak on one unit and installed a new AC. Very professional, diligent, glad to have them work on my house AC units."

"I could say so many great things about this company. I lost power and when it was restored my AC was not working. One Hour was out quickly and made the process so simple. They were able to get us cooling off even when parts were needed to repair my system. They have been so awesome to work with!!"
