Ace Vega replaced the evaporator on one of my air conditioners, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. He handled the job in a very professional manner from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. What also stood out was how reasonable and fair the pricing was compared to another large local HVAC company I contacted. Honest, skilled, and professional service is hard to find these days, and Ace definitely delivered. Highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work done. Five stars all the way!

Another great experience with the Professionals at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Charlotte. This time Mr. Hunter Lefler came to my home to prepare my air conditioning system for another hot summer. He was very thorough with the inspection and cleaning of my entire system including the outside unit. As can be seen in the photo the inside of the unit now looks like a new one instead of showing its 9 years of age. He also asked about duct cleaning and showed me photos of some of the built up dust in the duct system. Since having the house built in 1979 the ducts have not had a professional cleaning. The price quoted was very reasonable and I plan to have the duct worked cleaned within the next two weeks. Thank you to Mr. Hunter Lefler and all of the folks at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Charlotte. From the friendly and helpful ladies who schedule the work to the professionals who come to your home you are in good hands!

Didn’t interact with Brian Lester too much during our AC unit and duct work replacement, but talked with Nick Krisman and Anthony Difore a whole lot more. All were professional given the scope of the job and the incredibly small crawl space they did a great job. The whole job took a day longer than it should have given the tight crawlspace, one more full time dedicated crew member beyond Nick and Anthony would have been helpful to us and them. Overall, they did great and so far we are happy with their final work. We got lucky that it wasn’t too hot during the job so the extra day wasn’t an issue as long as the job got done right, which so far it seems great.

We had an excellent experience with this company during the week of New Years. We had a big job replacing 2 HVAC units and a heat pump. They were fair about the pricing, so that helped to start things off right. During the removal and installation, their communication and customer service was top notch. Brian was personable and did a great job of explaining everything throughout the project. This company goes above and beyond to let you know who is coming to your house and when, and they held true to the timeline. We had a lot of techs in and out of our home for several days, and when they wrapped up the job there was no sign they were ever here. We will continue to use One Hour Heating and would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC servicing or replacement.
