21 May 2026 Yesterday we had a new American Standard HVAC system installed by One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning here in Clarksville TN. First we want to commend Justice and Jett who did the installation. They were professional, courteous, and hardworking. They respected us and our property. They answered all our questions. The AC is working beautifully. We have not had to use the heat yet but we have been assured that if we have any questions or problems we can call and they will be there for us. They cleaned everything up when they had finished and removed all the old equipment. They showed us how everything works and how to set the new thermostat The reasons we chose them over the other companies that we personally interviewed are; The rebate from The Electric Company for having installed a new HVAC. When asked to see their certifications, the Technicians were able to show us their certification necessary with the Government according to government regulations; the Contractor or Specialty License required by the EPA. 3.)They provided a scheduled maintenance check at no extra cost. We had to replace our upstairs HVAC..... From the original call to have our unit looked at to the installation of the new unit, everyone has been very informative, respectful and awesome to deal with. Once it was determined that a new unit was needed, One Hour scheduled a time that was convenient for us (after normal business hours) to go over our options. The installation was seamless! Now we aren't sweating or freezing upstairs!
