Francisco was an excellent expert explaining the issues with my AC unit and recommended solutions, and displayed outstanding professionalism. He noticed that my AC unit was a newer unit and immediately suggested to contact the manufacturer to identify if the unit was still under warranty; luckily the unit is under 10- years warranty and we ended up just paying for the labor which comes with additional 2 years warranty.
