“One hour heating and air did excellent work durning our annual maintenance HVAC checkup! Above and beyond! Highly recommend doing their annual plan. Francisco, was our service technician that went above and beyond his work load when he helped save a female cardinal bird stuck in my basement! I had been looking for the bird all morning before our appointment, no luck. Our cats brought us a present, glad this one was alive. The magic bird, Francisco called it. Our first attempt failed, we had it in a corner and it literally disappeared from us. After the disappearance, he went about his business, cleaning the outside of our AC unit, and 10 minutes later she reappeared across the room on a picture. Tag team time. I came from one side with a box, he came from the other, and it was like magic! The bird took flight, like a movie in slow mo, and it flew across my basement to the open doors to the trees in the backyard. We had a celebratory hi five and he went back to work. We free’d the magic bird! I had had a really rough day before my appointment and that turned my day around. Thank you Francisco! Not only did he do a great job, as he has before, taking care of our unit, our home , but it’s such a relief knowing another human cares for the welfare of life, even the magic bird. Thanks Francisco! I look forward to our next HVAC checkup and thanks for making my day brighter :)”

This includes plumbing and electrical! The technicians are fantastic people, eager to help, and go out of their way to save you money where they can! My most recent call to them was for HVAC service. They answered at 9PM Sunday night and had a technician at my house Monday afternoon. You can’t ask for better than that. I highly recommend them.”
