He gave me proper warning signs to look for in case it happens again. He not only fixed my unit, but he also came back later on in the day to check on the unit and advise all is well! “They cleaned our ducts. But by cleaned them I mean they worked for over 3 hours with a 2 man team to really get them clean. They didn't just run a whip up and down a couple of vents, they went into every duct and removed TWO giant vacuum bags full of dirt and dust. 70 years worth of nastiness. Most impressive. They worked diligently and professionally and were genuinely friendly guys. We've had nothing but great experiences with One Hour and their other two sister companies Mr.Sparky electric, and Ben Franklin plumbing. We've used all 3 companies and cannot recommend them enough. 5 outta 5- highly recommend”
