“WOW! What just happened ? Tuesday I had an appointment with One Hour Air. After his survey, the Technician explained how my unit was pretty much at the end of it's life. I was told that back in March that I was going to have to make a decision. So,I was expecting it. He verbally walked me through what was next. So, I agreed and was totally Blown away when he told me he could arrange a team to come the very next day. Sure enough, right after 9 am they,were here and worked feverlouslyfor the next 5 -6 hours. Greg and his helpers, Orian and Kobe, got it all done, clean and working by the end of the afternoon. All I could say at the time was WOW! Funny, at the time , I was at a loss for words. What a Great Job? I want to thank Team Leader Greg and Orian and Kobe for a Most Excellant Job Wrll done. It's Guys like this that bring Pride to their Company. All else I can say is WOW!”

“Jason did the best he could and worked hard. However I called the main service and the shop to make it clear that we wanted deep cleaning blower wheel using the plastic bib. The technician did the best he could but not the job required. He did the best he could but very disappointed and will not recommend. He was not equipped to do the job we had requested”

“Our furnace stopped putting out heat the second or third time we fired it up for the cold season. Upon calling one hour heating and air, the person on the other end of the phone was very pleasant and easy to talk to and gave clear and concise options and was able to schedule the same day, and then reschedule the next day when the same day wouldn't work for us. The next day, which happened to be a Sunday, I got the call at 7:35 a.m. saying our technician would be here at 8. Jeff came promptly at 8 and quickly diagnosed our furnace and had the replacement part on the truck. He was very courteous and respectful and had our furnace up and running by 8:40. Unexpected costs are never wanted, but when it happens, one hour heating and air is definitely the first call to make us those costs are HVAC related.”

“Alex Carreon did an amazing job! He arrived at my house promptly when our AC system stopped working and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, helped us sign up for the company’s membership, clearly explained all the benefits, and gave us great tips on maintaining our AC system to prevent future issues. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling—and if you go with them, be sure to ask for Alex Carreon”

“Mark kept me informed of when he will arrive. He was on time , courtesy and knowledgeable! I would ask questions and he knew the answers that I needed to make an informed decision! This was a heater check. We are now ready for winter! If it ever comes! No Charge for Veterans!”

“I Highly recommend one hour AC/Heating Last summer, I tried to program a digital thermostat and messed it up Bill came out and help me to get things straightened out I must also add our furnished one out in the same year during the winter in one hour immediately help us to finance the unit and install it with very little money out of our pocket to help me and my family stay warm for the winter i'm very appreciated for the swift response and their dedicated service.”
