The 'One Hour' in our company name indicates our guarantee to be at your home in the predetermined window quoted when you set your appointment. If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. Emergency Appointment: This appointment is for an unspecified time after normal business hours Monday – Saturday and all day on Sundays/Holidays. They are thorough, reliable and great to do business with. Special shoutout to the team from salesmen Steve, technicians/installers Kevin, Albert & Bobby who came to install and left our place spotless to after sales technician Dylan who inspected the unit after hours on a weekend to ensure that everything is working well and that the weird smell was normal coming from a brand new unit. “The above photo is my late mother( mom💗) I’m her daughter. I had issues with my AC that’s was just put in 2 yrs ago by one hour. My AC started to blow warm air on 7/1 and would not get below 85 ‘ . First of all one hour came out the very same day. They realized it was the line set but it was not covered under the warranty. This is something I had to learn what is actually covered and not on an extended warranty. ✅ Well there was some confusion but after speaking with Jorge, David.and Vinny I understood , I just wanted some transparency which was met. Jorge and David my initial contact they located the issue after a few hours, They were awesome! they explained everything to me and were very patient . Professional but personable which is a great quality. Gustavo, Mark and two other young men showed up on 7/3 to put in the line set. Gustavo was definitely patient. lol they all worked very hard for hours to install everything. They were professional and kept their word in cleaning everything up when they left. Again they were professional, joyful and personable . I would highly recommend one hour and especially these guys that I had a pleasure to meet . I have a membership with them and maintenance agreement . They make sure to contact when it’s time for summer / fall maintenance. They are relentless ✅ in contacting you to maintain your unit. I appreciate that!!! The pricing of the 4 ton unit was not the cheapest but it wasn’t the highest . I have a CARRIER unit now. which is a great company . Thank you ONE HOUR.”

“Excellent work and service. They did a fantastic job for the price. Alvin and Randy were very professional and thorough. I'm very happy with they service they provided. Our new home was overwhelmed with cigarette smoke by the previous owners. The smell was so bad it was unlivable. The treatment of our air duct system and the fogging they did made a world of difference. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.”

An Ohio native that makes Las Vegas home, Donavan has been with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating^® for over 11 years. After owning a bread distribution company, a friend suggested that he give HVAC a try. Good thing, because since starting as a Maintenance Technician, he’s steadily worked his way into his role as VP. Along the way he’s been instrumental in helping the Las Vegas One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating^® franchise win the President’s Club Award three times, and an NPS award during the 2017 brand convention.

He’s worked hard – advice he passes along to anyone interested in the industry is that “you get out of your profession what you put into it” – but also keeps the atmosphere in the office light and fun. And when he’s not at his day job, he takes advantage of all that Mother Nature has to offer by golfing, hiking, biking and snowboarding with his sons.

You might occasionally hear Chad greet you with an “aloha,” since he was born in Hawaii. Of course, today he lives in Las Vegas with his wife and three children. A 21-year veteran of the HVAC industry, Chad has been with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating^® for 11 years. Chad is a problem solver and loves a challenge, which helps him work through any HVAC solution and inspire development of the other technicians he works with. His career has been a personally and professionally satisfying experience, which he credits to the support he gets both locally and from the One Hour corporate office.

When he’s not helping out customers, Chad spends time with his family, sharing special occasions with his wife, supporting his kids in sports and school activities, and even finds time to squeeze in a round of golf when possible.
