The 'One Hour' in our company name indicates our guarantee to be at your home in the predetermined window quoted when you set your appointment. If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. Emergency Appointment: This appointment is for an unspecified time after normal business hours Monday – Saturday and all day on Sundays/Holidays. It's ideal to service your cooling system each spring and your heating system each fall to ensure you find small issues before they become big problems.

How often do I need to change my HVAC filter?

Your filter should be changed every one to three months, depending on conditions in your home and your region's climate.

“I had a great experience with One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. Can't recall the name of the lovely woman who took the service call, but she had great customer service and understood the urgency to get someone out quickly. I even received text updates which I appreciated. Long story short my A/C stopped blowing cool air yesterday and my house quickly went up to almost 90 degrees inside. Jorge Hernandez came out first by himself late yesterday evening. He was very professional. Took photos and videos of the issues. I recently had knee surgery and was too hot from the house and tired from physical therapy to go outside or on the roof so him going above and beyond to show me what was wrong with the unit was extremely kind. I've never had a repair person/company do that. I didn’t even ask, he just did it. He also gave options of what needed to be handled straight away, and what could wait. I appreciated that, because you never know what someone's financial situation is. The best option for me was to have everything done. Living in Nevada I didn't want to risk losing A/C once our hot summer hits. The downside is that I had to wait until today to get the repair completed, but that was my decision from the option I elected. Jorge came back today and brought David Hernandez and Alex with him to complete the work that was agreed upon the previous night. They were ALL very professional, and worked hard to get my A/C blowing cool air again. Now my house is back down to 75 degrees. I personally would highly recommend their service. I myself had such a great experience that I enrolled in this companies comfort club membership.”

An Ohio native that makes Las Vegas home, Donavan has been with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating^® for over 11 years. After owning a bread distribution company, a friend suggested that he give HVAC a try. Good thing, because since starting as a Maintenance Technician, he’s steadily worked his way into his role as VP. Along the way he’s been instrumental in helping the Las Vegas One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating^® franchise win the President’s Club Award three times, and an NPS award during the 2017 brand convention.

He’s worked hard – advice he passes along to anyone interested in the industry is that “you get out of your profession what you put into it” – but also keeps the atmosphere in the office light and fun. And when he’s not at his day job, he takes advantage of all that Mother Nature has to offer by golfing, hiking, biking and snowboarding with his sons.
