“Brett did an outstanding job for my mother's. AC had to do a emergency appointment, and it was on July 3rd 2026, he showed up early. He did an excellent job, explaining things, talking to us. Telling us options, very personable and professional representative of one hour.Heating and cooling. And in the past, when we have used 1 hour, we have had a little bit of problems with our technicians. And this was a 360 turnaround of what we had experienced before. “Found water on the basement floor coming from the AC. Scheduled a same day service and Dwight was there a couple hrs earlier than scheduled. Very polite, friendly and informative. Turned out a pipe just needed cleaning which he did in no time at all. Also hooked us up with a maintenance program which we feel will definitely help save $$ and our HVAC in the future. Very nice man and excellent service. Will absolutely recommend this company.”
