If I could give 10 stars, I would. Cory provided exceptional customer service, amazing diagnostic services, and excellent and unbiased guidance. He was extremely knowledgeable about the current system we had, the programs/services offered by the company, and about new HVAC systems. For reference, our system was 28-years old and by some miracle still working until recently. Cory was able to revive our current HVAC system so it continues working temporarily while we wait for our new system to get installed this week. Also, he revived it at no cost to us other than a diagnostics fee which was applied to our new unit. They ensured we remain comfortable without nickling or diming us. Cory is not a "salesman" but Cory's phenomenal knowledge and customer service is why we moved forward with purchasing a new system through One Hour Heating and AC. Their salesman Brett is also phenomenal, but Cory sold us without even selling anything. Additionally, they were able to get the most efficient system for half off! So we are paying less for a high efficiency new system than what we would pay for a basic non-efficient system. Thank you for the amazing service!

They were a great help. Cory Richardson came out and was immediately able to identify the multitude of problems with my out of date AC and let me know the benefits of upgrading. Bret Wilson was able to find me a great deal on their best option and he was able to get someone out super fast for the install, and Ron Parodi was able to remove everything the same day and flawlessly installed everything for me with no hiccups and left no messes. I’m very happy I went with them and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacements. Everyone was very friendly and punctual. Great service!

Mr. Guy (Demitri Guy) was courteous and knowledgeable. As someone who works with young people, I tend to pay attention to their willingness to provide customer service and level of knowledge (as well as I can judge) about their vocation. Mr. Guy explained what he was doing and why when asked. I have repeatedly been impressed with the young people who have come out to service my system.

It's great to have skilled, great customer oriented field workers to provide excellent customer service for our air conditioning / heating needs. Hearing negative news about your air conditioning units is not desirable especially since hotter months are here. Having hope is great. Hearing honest options are great and financially desirable. Thank you for having Mr. Wilson / Mr. Merrirlmam as part of your team to represent your company. Keep up the good work of serving our community. You should be thankful and proud that you have them as part of your team.
