“I had One Hour Heating & Air out for an emergency heating outage on Saturday. Christian the tech came out in a timely manner and helped troubleshoot the issue correctly and chased me down to help me understand what was going on. Unfortunately things didn't line up from a schedule side due to Carrier, so we ended up going with a replacement part from another provider, but have no doubt that Christian could have gotten things done without a problem. Appreciate the quick troubleshooting and customer service and will definitely keep these guys in my contact list for the next time we have an issue!”
