“We had a great experience with this HVAC company. They were responsive, friendly, and able to schedule a technician for the same day we called, which we really appreciated. Our heater needed a pressure switch replaced, and they diagnosed the issue quickly and had it repaired within two days. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. “Really happy with our 2 new inverter heat pumps. Sam, Luis, Dixie, Julio, Zahi and Frank replaced 2 York systems for Amana S ones. It was as if they hadn't come at all. Everyone on the team was great. On top of that, the 2 systems are covered for maintenance and warranty for 10 years. I am just happy I don't have to think about those systems anymore. The last 2 gave me some sort of trouble every year. The systems took a few days getting used to. Frank came in 2x after install to make some adjustments and now the systems are working pretty darn good. The variable nature of the handlers has greatly decreased the noise from the vents. We'll see what it does to my electric bill, but hoping to see the savings due to how efficient they are (16 and 20 SEER I think). Pretty happy and would recommend these folks to anyone looking to install a new system (or multiple).”

“Installation was on time as discussed with their comfort advisor. Some wrong parts were ordered but it was taken care of in a timely manner. With it being a new central heat and air unit on the market it was to be expected to have a parts compatibility issue. Can’t say it was their fault, things happen. Been a member with one hour for a couple years now and will continue to be. Overall I am satisfied with the service and quality of the installation of the new unit.”
