I have been a customer of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for several years and I have to highly commend the A/C technician David, who serviced my A/C unit today. He taught me information about my unit I had never heard before and took the time to explain it in laymen terms and was easy to understand. Both the inside and outside units were cleaned thoroughly. He went above and beyond to develop trust in the One Hour relationship , so we felt it was an easy decision to renew the one year contract . If we could have David every time as our technician, we would be thrilled!
1) When our air conditioner failed after hours, we actually reached a real person who scheduled our repairs for the next day. 2) Greg Nieves was the expert who arrived, and we were immediately impressed with his reliability, knowledge, and efficiency. He knew what he was doing, quickly gained our trust, and guided us to the best option. When one finds integrity and pride in a job well done, it is important to acknowledge that. We didn't know about One-Hour before yesterday, are well satisfied and have now become a regular client.
