Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. “*OVER ALL SATISFIED CUSTOMER* Big shout to: Tyler B & Ivan V were such big help with the new install of our new furnace and new A/C. They were very good at keeping the house clean/and any mess that did happen they were very thoughtful on the clean up. They did a very big job of removing old equipment and installing new equipment and I couldn't be more pleased with it.
