Jack was professional, polite and on time. Not only did he fixed our A/C, but he also took the time to explain what and why he was doing to address the needed repairs. His communication went above and beyond: first, he explained how their maintenance program would include them stopping by every six months to inspect and do preventive maintenance on the unit; thereby extending the life of the A/C unit. Second, he told us about a now portable dual UV light system which would also extend the life of the unit and eliminate any bad odors in the house. In short, amazing service and amazing results. We would highly recommend them.
