Deshon notified us prior to arriving on time to do an inspection on our HVAC unit and duct work. He explained his findings as well as provided a copy of the report. He was courteous, thorough and gave helpful tips on what to watch for so we don’t get caught off guard with costly repairs. We are comfortable with Deshon and feel he was straight forward and honest.
Seth did a great job. Our house is a little off the road but he persevered. Fixed the AC in just a few minutes. Explained how to be a regular service member and got us signed up for regular service. Hopefully it will work out better than the last company who didn’t show. So far first rate experience.
