Amber arrived on time with Daniel who she was training, she was here to do testing on my AC unit to find a freon leak, she had a very positive attitude, polite & courteous, she explained every thing that she was doing making sure I understood & answered all my questions. She was very through checking my unit inside & out, when she went under my house to check the pipes success she found the leak which when other companies I called came they could not find the leak & would nevered check under my house & do pressure checks like she did they just put freon in, Daniel was awesome he stuck right with her did an outstanding job doing everything he was told & did awesome, he showed a great attitude about doing the job & his williness to do every aspect of the job with Amber, a breath of air seeing a young man wanting to work & learn. Amber's determination to get the job done was amazing, she has a outstanding work ethic in getting the job done, I could see that Daniel had the attitude of the same work ethic & he even could answer some of my questions! Paul from One Hour Heating was awesome. He was friendly, and explained everything. He identified the problem quickly and fixed it. And he had to deal with my loud-mouth 100lb German Shepherd barking non-stop. Plus he checked our other unit and made recommendations. I am now sitting in an air-conditioned house. Excellent service! We had our maintenance service today. Lawrence was assigned and we could not be more pleased. He is clearly very knowledgable, professional and very polite. He made time to keep us informed of his progress, as he made his way through a detailed maintenance inspection of our 3 units, and when we had questions, he offered clear explanations. In order of appearance at our home to diagnose our HVAC needs: Paul/Ray/Caleb/Madi/Drew... Paul met with my wife and based on his 30+ years of experience in the industry determined that our ancient units were basically shot- Next up was Ray to asses needs and author two estimates for our system. An interesting note-Ray installed our furnace 35 years ago! After coming to terms with Ray's quotes, a date was set for work to ensue. Enter Caleb and Madi. They were right on time and worked steadily for 9+ hours to finish what needed to be done. Both were upbeat and knowledgeable concerning their tasks. During their time here they were joined for several hours by Drew. He jumped in and assisted until being called to another One Hour job. I would be remiss to not mention Jen-she got the whole ball rolling by speaking with me numerous times about how best to navigate the emerging HVAC rescue project...she was a joy to converse with! So, to summarize-all and all a painless and pleasant One Hour experience!
I gave an earlier noy so good review of One Hour (not the tech) but basically their pricing and lack of itemization on on voices. Since that review the company has reached out to me to resolve some the issues I brought up. I have to say that restored a lot of trust that One Hour was a good choice for servicing my AC. They seem to eant to retain customers by treating them fairly and listening to what customets say
