Great customer service, I called and Dalton was there the next day, very quick to diagnose the problem after a very thorough review of all parts, very knowledgeable with all my questions, replacement was done the following day, while the temps were in the high 90’s. I wasn’t even home when they installed the central air however they kept me updated every step of the way. Multiple technicians came out throughout the installation, Ross, Steven, Tucker and Austin did a great job, along with Angie for keeping me updated. Thank you for the great service, I will definitely be calling again for future projects.
Our AC broke and our house was miserable. Called and got an appointment quickly, Andrew came out to fix out it. showed up on time and explained everything clearly. Gave me many options for repair from top of the line to affordable and made some recommendations for future maintenance. He was extremely professional and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend
Bailey Nafziger was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to quickly and efficiently dismantle and install the new system. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained everything about the new system as well as teaching me a few things about other components I had such as my air exchanger and dehumidifier and how to properly maintain and clean these which I knew nothing about. He definitely made this stressful situation much easier and did so in a quick manner. Highly recommended.
