He explained everything about the new system as well as teaching me a few things about other components I had such as my air exchanger and dehumidifier and how to properly maintain and clean these which I knew nothing about. He completed a thorough maintenance and full evaluation of my furnace and clearly explained each step of the process as he was working. I was especially impressed with the number of diagnostic gauges and tools he used to properly test the system. He also took pictures and detailed notes of any issues he found and made sure to explain everything clearly. Very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. “We came home from a vacation only to discover that our furnace was not working. January in Minnesota without a furnace is never a good thing! I contacted Northern One Hour late in the evening (nobody else even answered their phone at that late hour) and set up an appointment for first thing the next morning.
