“We came home from a vacation only to discover that our furnace was not working. January in Minnesota without a furnace is never a good thing! I contacted Northern One Hour late in the evening (nobody else even answered their phone at that late hour) and set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. Lucas Anderson was there bright and early! He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote and had it fixed and running soon thereafter. He was so kind, personable and efficient! “I have used this company several times for different reasons. Every employee has been great to work with. Most recently, I have had Troy for the boiler. My house is over 100 years old and has a lot of things that Troy came out to clean the boiler and check the registers. The boiler needed a new part and Troy gave me an estimate on the cost before he proceeded with any work. He finished the work in a timely manner. He was courteous and friendly and was great to work with. I would highly recommend the employees and this company if you need work done in your house.”
