He went over and beyond, and helped me with a couple other things in the backyard, nearby the unit, which is pretty much unheard of. I will keep him as my technician as long as I can. The wonderful technology that this company has is what drew me to begin with; being able to look at my calendar, and book my own appointment online, instead of with someone I didn’t know.
