“Edit…Our air conditioning unit was running but wasn’t putting out any air.Called One Hour Air because we had used them in the past.Andy and Bobby came out to access the issue and did a great job.We will be getting a new unit first thing in the morning…9/10/25 Technicians Ray and Jay arrived to install our new a/c unit.They brought in a portable a/c unit to try and keep us cool while they worked diligently to get the new unit installed by the end of the day.Both techs were very pleasant and professional while keeping us informed on what was going on each step of the way.By the end of the day the unit was up and running and the whole house was cool.Great job by the duo…9/12/25 Frank and Ezchiel arrived in the morning to perform an air duct cleaning which went flawless and in a timely manner…Overall team performance was an A+. He conducted the service in great detail while explaining the process to me in every step including numerous photos, system operating statistics, recommended upgrades and over all condition. “My AC died, I called One Hour. Esmix came out and diagnosed...same day!! I opted to buy a new unit, and Bobby came out and explained all my options...same day!! These guys installed the new unit the next morning. Very professional, knowledgeable and fast. I want to give total kudos to Bobby who stayed in contact through the entire process. He contacted Mister Sparky to follow up with inspecting the breaker box and a couple small repairs. He immediately responded to all my texts...and I seriouly mean IMMEDIATELY.
