“We had a great experience with One hour, austin and his coworker that i wish i could remember his name are great guys very professional and honest, so living in florida the single most important thing in a home is air conditioning, and our hvac system was getting old and I knew the day would come for a new unit. I called and they came out the same day to look if it could be repaired and unfortunately the repair was not worth doing. Instead of dumping money into an old outdated unit that's going to break down for good any day, we got a quote for a new unit that same day and approved with great financing options and the warranties they offer are great and that's what makes everything worth doing, within 24 hours the very next day by noon we had a brand new unit and duct work completely done by two respectable pro installers ariel and javiel. its worth mentioning It was 103 degrees real feel today so I recommend always offer drinks and tip these guys for working hard in this heat. “I had One Hour come to my house to service the unit. Arrived promptly and did a very professional job in cleaning my drain line and maintaining my system so the brutal summer isn’t as bad as it’s been. There was a slight issue in finding my drain line so they called there manager and he was able to come out and help locate it and clean it. He stayed through the whole job and made sure it was done correctly. I appreciate the One Hour team very much and will continue to use them! I joined there club membership and can’t wait to have them come back before winter to ensure my heat is working properly! Thank you One Hour!”
