“Edit…Our air conditioning unit was running but wasn’t putting out any air.Called One Hour Air because we had used them in the past.Andy and Bobby came out to access the issue and did a great job.We will be getting a new unit first thing in the morning…9/10/25 Technicians Ray and Jay arrived to install our new a/c unit.They brought in a portable a/c unit to try and keep us cool while they worked diligently to get the new unit installed by the end of the day.Both techs were very pleasant and professional while keeping us informed on what was going on each step of the way.By the end of the day the unit was up and running and the whole house was cool.Great job by the duo…9/12/25 Frank and Ezchiel arrived in the morning to perform an air duct cleaning which went flawless and in a timely manner…Overall team performance was an A+. Would recommend One Hour Air to friends and family.”

“Adam Creamer is absolutely amazing. He came out on a Sunday, diagnosed the situation quickly and was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He got us all set up for ordering the part we needed. I have to say that we received a call from Chris on Monday that our part was in, I called on Tuesday to schedule, I spoke to Joann and scheduled for 2-6 that same day unfortunately that technician was a no show, no call, text or email or anything. I had to call you guys back only to be told our appointment was put on hold because our part wasn’t in. I asked for an explanation because that was not true and received NONE. I had to reschedule for the next day which was better for me cause Adam came back and the job was done quickly, effortlessly, and he was just amazing from start to finish. “Bradley was nice and informative during his AC maintenance visit. UPDATE: so Bradley noticed the new coil frozen and said he scheduled me an appointment with a tech to come in to evaluate and fix the issue. This was replaced about 3 months ago and it’s faulty. He mentioned that it was still under warranty and that a tech will come in and replace it. I have been waiting for this tech and have called but nobody has come out to fix this. I’m guessing because it’s still under warranty then nobody gives a damn. I would appreciate it if you guys are as efficient as you were the first time I had to pay thousands of dollars to you. But I guess now that it’s a free replacement then there’s no urgency towards this issue. I’d appreciate it if someone contacted me about this. Thanks! UPDATE: the manager contacted me the next day and had a technician come in to replace the coil. Thank you for following up! Happy customer 😊”
