“Edit…Our air conditioning unit was running but wasn’t putting out any air.Called One Hour Air because we had used them in the past.Andy and Bobby came out to access the issue and did a great job.We will be getting a new unit first thing in the morning…9/10/25 Technicians Ray and Jay arrived to install our new a/c unit.They brought in a portable a/c unit to try and keep us cool while they worked diligently to get the new unit installed by the end of the day.Both techs were very pleasant and professional while keeping us informed on what was going on each step of the way.By the end of the day the unit was up and running and the whole house was cool.Great job by the duo…9/12/25 Frank and Ezchiel arrived in the morning to perform an air duct cleaning which went flawless and in a timely manner…Overall team performance was an A+. “Adam did a great job restoring my AC to working condition. As I required service on a Sunday and did not want to wait through another day in Florida without AC, I was required to pay an emergency service fee. But I was very happy that the company had no problem appointment scheduling me right away. I called at 0800 and was immediately given a 0800-1200 window for service. I had called a competitor and was still waiting to hear back from them on whether or not they could find a technician to service me same day and by the time they returned my call, I was already scheduled here. Communication was flawless and my tech went above and beyond explaining my issue, the cause as well as why I’ve had an ac issue since I built my home. Apparently my system is not the right size for the size of my home and I appreciate how he thoroughly educated me and explained things to me in laymen’s terms so that I could easily understand. Wearing foot covers inside without even being prompted to conveyed a respect for my home that I also greatly appreciated. Full service took less than an hour to get my home feeling cool once again. Very happy customer.”
