He got Me an appointment set up to get My townhouse measured for a new heating and cooling system. He explained the service club membership that l applied for. I don't hear well and Trey was very patient with Me. I believe Trey is an excellent asset to One Hour. Roger Jones was at My home today (6/30) and took the time to explain different options for My heating and cooling system. He was a pleasure to work with on this project. I highly recommend Roger. On a scale of 1to 10 He's an 11! Robert and his co worked did a great job installing My new HVAC. They both were neat and professional. Robert put down a protective covering on My floors to keep them clean. Any questions l had were answered. Great service from both of them. You have some very good worker's at One Hour. Jordan Schmitt is Very professional and consulted with the city inspector to come up with a solution.”

“I had an issue with my HVAC at 10pm. I called 7 other companies in the Charlotte area. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Charlotte was the only company that would send someone tonight to fix my problem. All the other companies that say 24/7 really just put you off until the next available time which is normally the next morning. Sam was our tech and he was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them any day of the week. Then the next morning we needed a new control board and Gabe handled it perfectly and efficiently.”
