“I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys! We have the maintenance plan package which gives me peace of mind that my HVAC units will get checked over and cleaned out twice a year; this helps me identify any potential issues ahead of time and save up for any costly repairs that might be around the corner. They always get someone out asap, even on weekends. My electrical inspection (part of the maintenance package) was done on Christmas Eve! All I do is text the number and they politely and quickly get me scheduled. This most recent time on 03/23/2026, my AC fan was running but no cool air was coming out. Micah Scorsone came out promptly and he was an absolute delight. It is rare to get technicians from other companies that come out promptly and are respectful, nice to talk to, and accept the fact that your pockets are not endless. Despite not being scheduled to do anything additional outside of the diagnostic and repair for our misbehaving unit, Micah checked our unit to determine the problem, performed a complete inspection on both units, AND THEN cleaned out of both of my units. Turns out some fuses were replaced incorrectly before we even moved in, causing the capacitor to short out. He replaced the fuses, the capacitor, and cleaned my units (and sprayed with some sanitizer which made my house smell fabulous) and now my AC is working like a charm before the heat of the summer sets in. For previous reviews complaining about a "sales pitch": yes, they will go over the best standard of care and prevention for your house. Yes it will take about 15 minutes of the visit. But, it is nice to know about new products on the market and ways to improve your home. They are very nice and respectful if you decline and will e-mail the estimates to you. For the amazing quality of service, I don't mind listening to the technicians give me a thorough explanation. They are just doing their jobs.”
