“James S. is very detailed and hardworking HVAC Technician! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He answered all our questions and took pictures of our concerns and before and after his job. He was here working late last Wednesday before Thanksgiving but we have to have him do additional work today as he found more damaged ducts that the previous technician missed to address. So we decided to get James S. to do the whole ductwork repair and install. He is young but his work ethic is commendable! He is very courteous as well! Yesterday was the 3rd day for James S to finish up the job and I requested for him to have a helper. Duggan gave us Will L to assist. James S training Will produced a clean job. James and Will are respectful, well-mannered, and trustworthy young men and they know their jobs. We are breathing clean air now. Thank you very much James S. and Will L. Thank you Duggan and office personnel (Leanne, Christina, and Jenny too) for giving us skilled techs and trustworthy techs. Happy Holidays 2025.”

“One Hour service was able to schedule an appointment for the next day after work hours and showed up on time- not in a 5 hour window. Jake was friendly and helpful and walked me through the issues my unit was having and even went through to double check the entire system and set up in the attic to make sure there were no other issues. Would highly recommend.”

“There were three men there and Robert and his crew did a great job. They worked hard and efficient and were good company. I am very pleased with what they accomplished. I would highly Recommend Mitchell’s one hour heating to anyone looking to have a new furnace and air conditioning installed. Thank you Mitchell’s. A little update. 12/01/25. The heating system is working great. The furnace is running once every two hours and is keeping our place very comfortable. Thanks again to all the people at Mitchell’s!”

“Adam Creamer is absolutely amazing. He came out on a Sunday, diagnosed the situation quickly and was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He got us all set up for ordering the part we needed. I have to say that we received a call from Chris on Monday that our part was in, I called on Tuesday to schedule, I spoke to Joann and scheduled for 2-6 that same day unfortunately that technician was a no show, no call, text or email or anything. I had to call you guys back only to be told our appointment was put on hold because our part wasn’t in. I asked for an explanation because that was not true and received NONE. I had to reschedule for the next day which was better for me cause Adam came back and the job was done quickly, effortlessly, and he was just amazing from start to finish. “We've been using One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for 15+ years now and have always been impressed with their service. Their staff is always very professional, down-to-earth, and friendly. Explaining what they're doing, why they're doing it, and can walk you through any potential issues, providing their personal opinion, and a variety of options on how to move forward if a problem does exist. In this particular instance, we had a few failing parts on one of our furnaces. Both were expensive to replace, and we were told that other components may fail in the near future as the furnace was 15+ years old. They offered the option of replacing the entire unit rather than just replacing the two parts, which was only a bit more expensive and seemed like the right move, considering the new unit would be under warranty. In addition to that, we found that our chimney liner (which is where the exhaust runs through, then out of the house) had become disconnected and that the exhaust was just leaking into the brick chimney and not exiting the house properly. They told me that they might have to install a new liner, which was an additional cost, but that the previous one looked good in their opinion, and they thought they might be able to reattach. I thought for sure this would be an added cost, but they were able to utilize the existing one, and did not charge me for parts and labor of installing a new one. I believe a less trustworthy company might have installed a new one anyway in able to charge more and increase their margin. I truly feel like they have our best interests in mind, as I've always found them to be trustworthy, as they are never trying to oversell or overcharge, in my opinion. Kirby Alaimo and the rest of the crew that did the install were incredibly friendly and helpful! I would recommend this company/service to anyone! Very happy with their continued service. -B”

“Indiana One Hour was the only company available (of at least 3 others that I contacted) to come out and service our non-working furnace on the same day, during Thanksgiving holiday weekend. They sent Larry whom was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. After declining the service that day, I had to call them back for the repair. They sent Romaney the next day whom was pleasant and completed the repair quickly. He, too, was knowledgeable and provided a helpful tip about the type of filters we were using. Warmest (pun intended) regards to the team at Indiana One!”
