“Martin was able to assess my problem and make the necessary corrections to get my system operating again. He also examined my unit and made recommendations to extend the life of my unit. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful of my decisions of how I would like to proceed. I must add… I’ve been with Simmons since 1993 when they installed a system in my previous house. When I purchased my current home they installed a system in it. No problems with their units and customer service has always been superb!!!”

“Great technician. Took a week to get motherboard replacement part... but as SOON as it came in they were at my house within hours getting it installed and Furnace RUNNING. Last night temperatures were in the 20s !!! Which is C O L D for Atlanta. My house was 72 and cozy again, thanks to Jake and One Hour Heating. They really over- deliver and get the job done RIGHT. ( In contrast, TWO other big name HVAC giants sent techs that mis-diagnosed my problem and FAILED to follow up or communicate with me. Allgood & Coolray were a big waste of time. ) One-Hour was GREAT. Jake was awesome.”

“10/10!! My furnace stopped working and had no heat for 3days, waiting on the company that intially installed the malfunctioning part to get back to us. My mom decided to try this company instead of waiting any longer and I'm so glad she did. They were professional, honest and quick....from the first call to the service that technician Nathan performed. “I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He truly cared about my concerns and addressed any questions I had. The day of my install he followed up with me to make sure his install guys arrived on time and wanted to make sure he had the correct names on the warranty paperwork. He also had dropped off space heaters for the days that I was without heat! Nothing but praise worthy things to say about Sam! Logan and Kirby did a fantastic job installing my furnance and air conditioner! They were professional and left behind no messes. Logan showed me had to work my brand new fancy thermostat which I really appreciated. Logan also replaced one of my old breakers free of charge. During the install the Install Manager stop by to make sure everything was going good and on-time which again just proved to me I made the right choice by choosing One Hour Heating and Cooling! I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling! I will be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs!”

He was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and quickly got things back on track. He’s also coming back tomorrow to complete one follow-up repair and is doing so without charging another service fee, which we truly appreciate. Outstanding service, professionalism, and responsiveness—I highly recommend him.”

“Deshaun Clark visited our house to do a service call and full system check up because things didn’t seem to be functioning properly with my system. Due to the thoroughness of the full system checkup it was quickly determined that the system was running properly and it was in fact my thermostat. It was quickly replaced and the system was running on what has proven to be the coldest night of the year. Every dealing I’ve had with 1HR Heating & Cooling Techs has been nothing but exceptional. Deshaun Clark definitely exceeded our expectations and is continuing the excellence we’ve experienced to date.”
