They had a technician, Weston, come out to my house that every day. He was very thorough in his inspection and showed me different things about the air conditioner and explained exactly what he thought was going on. He was very thoughtful and kind and even joked around with us a little bit. Fortunately for us, the issue was a quick, simple fix and we only paid the travel fee or show fee, whatever it’s called.
