“I love the way these technician respected me and my home. I have never allowed shoes to be worn in my home, I always have shoe covers on hand for those who just don’t understand, these guys came totally prepared with not only shoe covers but, pads for my floor to ensure the installation from my attics did not get on my carpet…… this is 5 star customer care👍!!!! To God be all the Glory, great service these days is rare but, One Hour proved it still exist😊!! Take care.”

“Called for repair of fan motor, Zuber inspected the whole system found several issues that other companies did not discover, ending up having to replace whole system for a new one. Old system was over 10 years old had rust, corrosion all through system in attic, to include not up to code on installation of old unit that was never brought to our attention, from several other companies that served unit in the past. Zuber showed pictures , videos and explained everything step by step what needed to be done. One hour inc. dismantled my old system and installed a new system within a few hours. Installers were professional and paid attention to detail and explained everything step by step. Will definitely use them in the future for maintenance”
